  1. Thawing tank   The beef is soaked in the thawing tank to remove blood water. The thawing tank can ensure that the beef is thawed evenly from the center to the surface and keep the beef fresh.
  2. Saline Injection Machine    The brine and auxiliary materials are injected into the meat to fully pickle, and the prepared aqueous solution can make the meat tender and soft, improve the yield of meat products, and improve the tenderness and taste of meat products.
  3. Vacuum tumbler      The food flips up and down in the drum, collides with each other, and beats to achieve the effect of massage and pickling.   8. Sterlizer    High-temperature sterilization treatment of beef jerky, up to 120°, eliminates harmful bacteria in beef jerky and increases the shelf life of beef jerky
