Introduction of the spray dryer:
The small spray dryer is suitable to drying heat-sensitive material,  such as: biochemical products, milk powder etc.. so that it is widely application to universities, research institutes and food, pharmaceutical as well as chemical enterprise laboratories etc.

Application for the spray dryer:

1. For Food industry: such as milk powder, instant coffee, sugar, flavors, egg yolk powder, starch, soy sauce, protein, spices etc. 

2. For Pharmaceutical industry: such as herb extracts, medicine powder, boichemical products, vitamins, pesticides, proteins, antibiotics etc.

Features of the spray dryer:

1. It has color LCD touch screen parameter display:

Air inlet temperature / air outlet temperature / peristaltic pump speed / air volume / needle frequency

2. It is fully automatic control: one-button start-up. 

After setting the parameters, when it reaches the predetermined temperature, the peristaltic pump starts automatically. The operation process is clearly displayed.  Just press the stop button, the machine will shut down safely.

3. It has nozzle cleaner.

When the nozzle got blocked, it will automatically clear, and the frequency can be adjusted.

4. The parts of the dryer like: spraying, drying and collecting system,  are made of transparent heat-resistant glass materials, so that the drying process is in a non-polluting environment.

5. There is built-in imported oil-free air compressor. The fluidity is very good. It is of low noise, less than 60db.

6. It adopts real-time PID constant temperature control technology, so that the temperature control in the whole temperature zone is accurate, and the heating temperature control accuracy is ± 1 ℃.

7. In order to keep the sample pure, it uses air inlet filter.

8. The finished dry powder size is relatively uniform. And more than 95% of the dry powder is in the same particle size range.

9. Can adjust the feeding volume by feed peristaltic pump, the minimum sample volume can reach 50ml. 

10. if needs to adjust the process parameters, so can easily switch to the manual operation.

11. Uniquely tower wall purge device, which is highly improve the recycling ratio, so less waste.
