The tablet coating machine is mainly suitable for the production of sugar coatings for pills and tablets in the pharmaceutical industry.

It can also be used for rolling, mixing and polishing of spherical or granular materials in the food, light industry and chemical industries. For example: chocolate polishing, peanuts almond sugar coating, seasoning etc.

Features of Tablet Coating Machine with Spraying System

1. Five curved deflectors allow tablets to make continuous and complicated trajectory movements in the pot.

2. Put the coating liquid in the barrel and spray it on the surface of the tablet through the spray gun.  

3. The spraying direction and volime is adjustable. Two spray guns for large model and one spray gun for the small one.

4. In addition to the hot air pipe blowing hot air to the material for heating, the bottom heating plate also heats the pot body at the same time.

5. Large coating machine has material export, small model does not.

6. For better coating effect, the inclination of the barrel can be adjusted between 30-45 degrees. 

Working principle of Tablet Coating Machine with Spraying System: 

Coating pan rotates clockwise to make the tablets rolling inside.  The spraying system distribute the coating liquid evenly on all the tablets.

The electric blower air duct extend into the pot for heating, and at the same time, the blower passes hot air to the inner layer of the pot to remove the moisture of the tablet surface, thereby obtaining hard coated tablet. Excellent coloring effect evenly sprayed.
