Operation Principle of Commercial Vacuum Feeding Machine for Powder Granule

1.  The hopper of the feeder is generally fixed on the receiving device, or fixed on the trolley. When fixed on the trolley, the hopper can move up and down. 

According to the height of the receiving device, adjust the hopper of the feeder. If high, it is necessary to make another shaft to fix the hopper of the vacuum feeder.

2. Use the hose to connect the suction nozzle to the hopper and vacuum pump, and tighten it with a hose clamp. 

3. Connect to the power. 

4. Set the feeding and discharging time. Normally the feeding time 8-20s, while discharging time 4-8s. 

5. Press the on/off button to start the air pump, insert the suction nozzle into the material silo, and then start feeding.
