Installation of Industrial Vibrating Sifter Herb Powder/ Spices/ Sugar Sifter

1.  There is prop shaft between the springs to fix the upper and lower parts to avoid damage during transportation. Before using the machine, should remove the shaft. 

2. The sifter should be placed on smooth and flat place. 

3. Connect the power. Pay attention that the heavy hammer should rotate counterclockwise.

4. Adjust the material running track. Details see the manual.

1.  At the beginning of the operation, check the anchor bolts at least once a day to prevent loosening.

2. After operation for 1500 hours, should check the bearings. and if there is serious damage,  replace it immediately.
